Panar was born in 1989 in the Greater Paris region where he still lives and works today.
He discovered graffiti when he was only 12 years old. Some years later, he became assistant to an art painter, with whom he starts growing a talent while he learns contemporary painting techniques, inherited from pop art.
Even if he conceives his painting as a completely different art than graffiti, its format, configuration and codes, make us feel the strong influence of this movement on his art. Because of the simplification of shapes and sketch, the stylistic energy of his drawing and also through the tools he uses with his technique. There are several influences and procedures he likes to mix and merge with classical topics and compositions clearly inspired by modern art paintings. This is how precision and spontaneity are combined, rigour and impulsiveness, emotion and provocation, in an artistic work where the women’s body is always principal.
